Donation Request

The Culpeper Rodeo Company is pleased to offer annual donations to organizations serving youth in the Culpeper community. Donations are derived from the net proceeds from every Culpeper Rodeo event. Donations will be awarded at the end of each calendar year.

Application Period

Applications will be accepted from September 10 through December 10 each year.

Completed applications should be submitted by December 10 for consideration. All applications will be reviewed by the Culpeper Rodeo Company, and selected recipients will be notified before year-end.

We appreciate the work being done to invest in the next generation and strengthen our community through youth-focused programs and activities.

Application Requirements

Applications are open to any nonprofit, school, church, club, or community organization that works with youth and promotes one or more of the following:

Patriotism
Christian values
Support for the military
Support for first responders
Agricultural education and activities
