10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Vendor setup
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM – Tailgate ticket holder entry
3:00 PM – General parking and ticket gates open
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Slack Barrel Racing
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM – Ride-out by Miss Culpeper Rodeo and live music by DJ Javiwood
4:30 PM – 5:15 PM – Country line dancing in the arena
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Dinner served by Bob’s BBQ for VIP ticket holders
5:30 PM – Lottery sign-up for Mutton Bustin’ (Kids 50 lbs and under)
5:30 PM – Miss Culpeper Rodeo and Cowboy autographs
6:00 PM – Rodeo begins (Bull riding, barrel racing, team roping, mutton bustin’, breakaway roping, bull fighting, and cowboy mounted shooting)
8:00 PM – Rodeo ends

Since 2021, we have been on a mission to support the Kelly Street Boxing Club for at-risk boys with a rodeo that has brought western culture and entertainment to Culpeper. Our community has been truly blessed by the many visitors who choose to spend their Labor Day Weekend with us, making the Culpeper Rodeo one of the largest rodeos in Virginia.
