Your involvement has been instrumental in making this event the largest and most successful rodeo in Virginia.

However, please try to find your answer in the Vendor Policies before contacting us. We receive many inquiries and may not be able to respond as quickly as you would like, but we will get back to you.

Culpeper Rodeo Vendor Policies

Please read the Culpeper Rodeo Company Vendor Policy. This will provide all the necessary information you will need both before and during the Rodeos. It is the responsibility of each vendor to read the policies, know the rules, and abide by them while at the Rodeos.

Changes for 2027

As the Culpeper Rodeo continues to grow in popularity, we have received valuable feedback and observed increased interest from businesses and organizations eager to participate. With this growth, available space has become limited.

Vendor Staffing

Beginning in 2027, all food trucks, vendors, and non-profit organizations must not have more than 5 staff at the rodeo unless approved by the Culpeper Rodeo CEO.
