Food Truck, Business, & Non-Profit Vendor Application
We are excited to welcome vendors to the Culpeper Rodeo on Saturday, September 5, 2026, where we are anticipating 7,500–8,000 attendees. Due to high demand, space is now limited, and our pricing structure has been updated accordingly.

The Culpeper Rodeo Company extends its sincere gratitude to all food trucks, vendors, and non-profit organizations who participated in the 4th Annual Culpeper Rodeo. Your involvement has been instrumental in making this event the largest and most successful rodeo in Virginia. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back to next year’s event.
As the Culpeper Rodeo continues to grow in popularity, we have received valuable feedback and observed increased interest from businesses and organizations eager to participate. With this growth, available space has become limited.
Beginning with the 2026 event, all food trucks, vendors, and non-profit organizations interested in participating must apply for a spot and submit an initial payment at the time of application. The process for requesting a spot at the Culpeper Rodeo is now available at https://culpeperrodeo.com/2026-vendors. The deadline to submit an application is
April 30, 2026. No exceptions.
Each application will be carefully reviewed as part of a selection process, and only selected applicants will be assigned spaces at the rodeo. Please note that no spots are guaranteed.
Due to space constraints and the need to accommodate varying business and organization footprints, the spot fee has been adjusted. Pre-payment or a partial deposit is required at the time of application. The new fee will be determined by the size of the footprint needed for your business or organization. After the selection process is complete, all selected businesses and organizations will be notified of their approval status by May 16, 2026. Only those approved through this process will be assigned a space at the event. Applicants who are not selected will receive a refund of their initial deposit or pre-payment by June 1, 2026.
