We are anticipating 7,000-8,000 attendees for the Culpeper Rodeo on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Space is now at a premium so we have changed our pricing structure.
Pricing: Vendors pay based on how much frontage space they need. Prime positioning will be available after June 1st for all vendors who have paid their deposits. Prime positioning will be offered via an auction process to the highest bidder. Prime position is on the hill next to the VIP lounge.
Non-profit 0ft-10ft $100
Vendor 0ft to 15ft $300
Vendor 15.1+ft to 30ft $600
Vendor 30.1+ft to 45ft $900
All vendors must pay a minimum of $300 as a reservation fee and if applicable pay remaining balance by June 1, 2026 or lose their spot and reservation money.
A confirmation email will be sent before June 1st and a position map one week prior to the rodeo. One week before the rodeo we will discuss your arrival time to ensure everyone gets in their spot.

- Vendor reservation fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
- We have placed a cap of 15 food trucks.

No complaining. If you complain or rude to our volunteer staff you will not be asked back and may be asked to leave. You must provide your own electricity.
It is your job to have up to date inspection stickers and permits.
