Rodeo Town Vendor Information
Rodeo Town 2027
Thank you for making Rodeo Town a success in 2026! We are thrilled to announce Rodeo Town will be returning to the Inn at Kelly’s Ford with the date to be determined for late May or early June, 2027.
Hold your spot now and get ready for more bronc riding, team roping, breakaway roping, mini bulls, mutton bust’n, live entertainment, great food, and unmistakable Culpeper Rodeo energy!
Vendor Pricing
- Non-Profits: $100
- Businesses: $250
- Food Trucks: $500
Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent prior to May 16th.
- A vendor position map along with arrival times will be provided one week prior to the rodeo to ensure smooth setup.
Additional Information
- Vendor parking available for one food truck and one support vehicle.
- Food trucks are limited to 8 slots total.
Special Considerations
- Vendors must provide their own electricity.
- Food trucks are responsible for maintaining current inspection stickers and permits.
