Vendor Pricing (Based on Space)

Non-Profits (0–10 ft): $100
Businesses (0–15 ft): $300
Businesses (15.1–30 ft): $600
Businesses (30.1–45 ft): $900

Application Fee

All vendors, except non-profits, must pay a minimum $300 Application fee. If selected, this application fee will be applied to your balance.
Any remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid by May 16, 2026.

Confirmation & Logistics

A confirmation email will be sent prior to May 16th.
A vendor position map along with arrival times will be provided one week prior to the rodeo to ensure smooth setup.

Additional Information

Vendor parking available for one food truck and one support vehicle.
Food trucks are limited to 15 slots total.

Special Considerations

Vendors must provide their own electricity.
Food trucks are responsible for maintaining current inspection stickers and permits.
