Culpeper Rodeo Vendor Information

Vendor Pricing (Based on Space)

  • Non-Profits (0–10 ft): $100
  • Businesses (0–15 ft): $300
  • Businesses (15.1–30 ft): $600
  • Businesses (30.1–45 ft): $900
  • Food Trucks: SOLD OUT

Application Fee

  • All vendors, except non-profits, must pay a minimum $300 Application fee. If selected, this application fee will be applied to your balance.
  • Any remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid by May 16, 2026.

Confirmation & Logistics

  • A confirmation email will be sent prior to May 16th.
  • A vendor position map along with arrival times will be provided one week prior to the rodeo to ensure smooth setup.

Additional Information

  • Vendor parking available for one food truck and one support vehicle.
  • Food trucks are limited to 15 slots total.

Special Considerations

  • Vendors must provide their own electricity.
  • Food trucks are responsible for maintaining current inspection stickers and permits.
