Ticket POlicy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Culpeper Rodeo Company (“CRC”), a doing business as (DBA) of Wilderness Tabernacle, a Section 508 tax-exempt religious organization under the Internal Revenue Code.
By purchasing, accepting, or using a Culpeper Rodeo Company ticket, any original ticket holder or subsequent ticket holder(s) agree to the Culpeper Rodeo Company ticket policies included herein.
General
For the purpose of these Policies, a ticket includes all gate passes, parking passes, registrations or entry fees for all Culpeper Rodeo Company events, whether paid or complimentary.
All persons over the age of five (5) must present a ticket to enter all ticketed areas.
This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused.
All tickets must be presented in their original format, whether print-at-home or mobile. Mobile tickets are the only acceptable form of digital tickets – photographs, screenshots, or other forms of ticket duplications will not be accepted.
Culpeper Rodeo Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or property.
For the safety and security of patrons, ticket holder and ticket holder’s belongings may be
searched upon entrance to Culpeper Rodeo Company events, and ticket holder hereby consents to such search and waives all related claims.
If the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts patrons or others involved in the event, management reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises.
Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which the ticket is for.
This ticket may not be used for advertising promotions (e.g., drawings, contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without Culpeper Rodeo Company’s prior written consent.
Ticket holder acknowledges that the complete Culpeper Rodeo Company Ticket Policies are available online at culpeperrodeo.com.
Health, Safety, and Cleanliness
For the safety of all patrons, pets are not permitted on event property at any time, including during setup, show hours, or teardown—except for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Alcohol and smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. If ticket holder’s use of alcohol or smoking during the event disrupts patrons or others involved in the event, management reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises.
The Assumption of Risk
Dirt and other objects may fly into the spectator area during an event which may possibly cause injury. Always stay alert before, during and after the event. If struck, immediately ask event staff for directions to a medical station. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against the Culpeper Rodeo Company, Eventbrite, venue management, and/or participants, each as applicable, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and the agents, officers, directors, owners and employees of each of them on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.
Culpeper Rodeo Company and Eventbrite will not be responsible for any losses or damage arising from your attendance at such events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the Event Provider. You, on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor, hereby release and forever discharge Culpeper Rodeo Company, Eventbrite and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your attendance at such events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Culpeper Rodeo Company’s and Eventbrite’s responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
Guests assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against Culpeper Rodeo Company, Eventbrite and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees.
Photography and Filming
Ticket holder’s name, voice, image and likeness may be used by Culpeper Rodeo Company in any written/audio account, picture, or video taken in connection with the event for any purpose, including Culpeper Rodeo Company promotional purposes, with no further compensation to or consent from the ticket holder.
Cameras, including cell phones and small handheld devices, are permitted on the premises for personal use only. The commercial use of photos or video recordings of the event is strictly prohibited.
Cameras with a professional lens (over three inches) or flash attachments, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
Special permission for professional video/photography, including news or media, may be approved. Requests must be made prior to the event.
Cameras and cases may be subject to search upon entering the premises.
Refunds
All Culpeper Rodeo Company events take place rain or shine. Tickets are considered donations and all ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or rainchecks will be issued unless otherwise determined by Culpeper Rodeo Company.
Service Fees
All online ticket purchases will incur service fees based on the face value of the ticket, as well as a card transaction fee.
Fees may be applied for purchases made on-site at the Culpeper Rodeo Company box office.
Ticket Reselling
Culpeper Rodeo Company’s official ticket provider is Eventbrite. Culpeper Rodeo Company is in no way affiliated with any other ticket provider and cannot guarantee ticket authenticity from other providers.
You assume all risk when purchasing tickets through a scalper, third-party reseller, or non-authorized ticket center, and Culpeper Rodeo Company will not be able to guarantee validation for purchases through any avenue other than Eventbrite.
Culpeper Rodeo Company forbids the resale or attempted resale of tickets at a price higher than the face value printed on the ticket. Violations may result in a ticket seizure and/or cancellation.
Culpeper Rodeo Company does not condone the scalping of tickets. Culpeper Rodeo Company reserves the right to cancel all tickets found to be resold for higher than face value prices.
Culpeper Rodeo Company shall not knowingly sell tickets to ticket resellers.
Unaccompanied Minors
All minors 12 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
Event personnel will report all unaccompanied minors to onsite security officers for the safe return of the minor to the appropriate legal guardian.
Weapons
Culpeper Rodeo Company hosts family-friendly events and takes seriously the safety and security of its attendees, hiring law enforcement and security officers to ensure public order is maintained.
Culpeper Rodeo Company will not allow firearms, knives with fixed blades or blades longer than three (3) inches, or weapons of any kind at any Culpeper Rodeo Company produced event. That includes concealed carry and open carry of firearms.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond CRC’s reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, government action, acts of God, public emergencies, or venue restrictions), Culpeper Rodeo Company shall not be obligated to refund sponsorship funds.
CRC may, at its discretion, offer alternative recognition or future consideration, but is not required to do so.
Acceptance of Policy
Purchasing, accepting, or using a Culpeper Rodeo Company ticket constitutes full acceptance of this Ticket Policy, including acknowledgment that:
- Culpeper Rodeo Company operates as a DBA of Wilderness Tabernacle;
- Wilderness Tabernacle is a Section 508 tax-exempt religious organization; and
- Sponsorships are subject to sole control and discretion of Culpeper Rodeo Company.
Governing Law
This policy and any related ticket agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to this Vendor Policy at any time without any prior notice to you.
Culpeper Rodeo Company’s Executive Committee reserves the final and absolute right to interpret these Policies and settle and determine all matters, questions and differences in regard thereto or otherwise arising out of or connected with, or incident to, Culpeper Rodeo Company; and to amend or add to these Policies as its judgment may determine at any time. Any ticket holder who violates any of these Policies will forfeit all privileges and be subject to such penalty as the Executive Committee may order.
The Executive Committee shall have the further right to delegate any or all the rights, authorities, and responsibilities which it has under these Policies to Culpeper Rodeo Company Management as it deems appropriate.
