Thank you for making Culpeper Rodeo a success. The Culpeper Rodeo Company extends its sincere gratitude to all food trucks, vendors, and non-profit organizations who participated in the 4th Annual Culpeper Rodeo. Your involvement has been instrumental in making this event the largest and most successful rodeo in Virginia.

We truly appreciate your interest and look forward to having your business or organization as an integral part of 2026! If you have any questions please contact us. We receive many inquiries and may not be able to respond as quickly as you would like, but we will get back to you.

Culpeper Rodeo Vendor Policies

Please read the Culpeper Rodeo Company Vendor Policy. This will provide all the necessary information you will need both before and during the Rodeos. It is the responsibility of each vendor to read the policies, know the rules, and abide by them while at the Rodeos.

Changes for 2026

As the Culpeper Rodeo continues to grow in popularity, we have received valuable feedback and observed increased interest from businesses and organizations eager to participate. With this growth, available space has become limited.

New Application and Selection Process

Beginning with the 2026 event, all food trucks, vendors, and non-profit organizations interested in participating must apply for a spot and submit an initial payment at the time of application. The process for requesting a spot at the Culpeper Rodeo is now available. 

The deadline to submit an application is April 30, 2026No exceptions.

Each application will be carefully reviewed as part of a selection process, and only selected applicants will be assigned spaces at the rodeo. Please note that no spots are guaranteed.

Updated Fee Structure

Due to space constraints and the need to accommodate varying business and organization footprints, the spot fee has been adjusted. Pre-payment or a partial deposit is required at the time of application. The new fee will be determined by the size of the footprint needed for your business or organization. Application Timeline and Notification Process

After the selection process is complete, all selected businesses and organizations will be notified of their approval status by May 16, 2026. Only those approved through this process will be assigned a space at the event. Applicants who are not selected will receive a refund of their initial deposit or pre-payment by June 1, 2026.
